Which marinas and harbors do you serve?
We're mobile across San Diego and Orange County. In San Diego: Shelter Island, Harbor Island, Point Loma, Coronado, Mission Bay, Downtown, and Oceanside. In Orange County: Dana Point Harbor and Newport Harbor, including Balboa, Lido Marina Village, and Dana West.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. HarborSide carries full licensing and marine insurance for every service we offer, from recurring washdowns to machine polishing and ceramic coating. If your marina requires a certificate of insurance on file before vendors work dockside, we will send one over before your first appointment.
How long does a typical detail take?
Detailing time varies significantly based on boat size, condition, and selected services. We provide an estimated completion time with your quote and send status updates throughout the service.
Do you offer recurring service plans?
Yes, we offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly maintenance plans. Recurring clients get a reserved spot on our schedule and preferred rates. Contact us to set up a plan that fits your needs.
What boat sizes do you service?
Everything from a 20-foot day boat to yachts well past 100 feet. The instant quote tool prices anything up to 60 feet on the spot; larger vessels get a custom quote after a quick walkthrough, since condition and layout matter more than length at that size.
How quickly can you schedule a first service?
Most new clients get on the schedule the same week. Tell us your marina, boat length, and which service you are after, and we will come back with the next available day. Contact us by form, call, or text, whichever is easiest.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, ACH bank transfers, cash, and checks. Invoices are sent after service is completed.
